I moved in not too long ago and I love the place. I had several issues regarding maintenance and Aaron / Peter took care of it. DeWolf was able to get someone out same day to make repairs regarding my heater issue. 5/5 Stars.
If you have any questions regarding property management, please do not speak to Peter. He is and needs training with customer care and speaks very poorly over the phone. Peter is rude, demeaning and is the customer care front office assistant who without a doubt has no customer care experience. Anytime you ask a question he blatantly interrupts you and speaks with unkind words and screams yelling over to you over the phone. While they might be okay when managing rentals, in my opinion they fall very short when it comes to managing common interest developments (HOA's, COA's, OA's, Townhomes, PUD's). The issues range from violating the Davis Stirling Act, to losing records that they alone were in charge of, failing to submit annual budgets in a timely manner, failing to obtain the required annual CPA reviews when the annual budget is $75,000.00 or more, failed to have the Board timely approve reserve studies or note such approvals on the agenda o... read more
