The building is very old and not kept up well. It is in a desirable area in San Francisco and that is the only quality. The property on Bush St. is horrible. There is no laundry in the building. There are plumbing issues, rats mice drink water from the bottom of the refrigerator. The mice are numerous. The outside of the building needs a good cleaning. Was a tenant of a property managed by De Wolf for almost 3 years. Management was fairly responsive for the few issues I had. No issues with the process from application to move out. Posting this review as many reviews for De Wolf are very negative and was something that had me feeling apprehensive when I signed a lease with them originally.
