The most unkind management I have ever met in my life. I had a horrendous family emergency and asked Anna to help me cancel my reservation, which was 2 months away. Anna was unkind, cold, rude, and inhospitable. Clearly this company focuses on generating funds rather than supplying a positive customer experience or treating people like actual human beings. If you want your event to be held where the staff will treat you with kindness or hospitality, this is NOT the place. Long story short - RUN.
