they will not answer the phone or call back for showings ive been contacting them for two months trying to rent one of their properties and no response or call back but property is still for rent online if you use them to manage your property or rent it out for you the likelyhood of your property being rented is zero use a different management company
Rented a house in Costa Mesa through DE properties for about a year. Overall they made for great property managers. Big shout out to Justin for always being very responsive, flexible, and helpful when issues arose.
DE Properties managed a property I lived in for a few years. Justin and Erik were so great to deal with. Always prompt with responding to my emails or phone calls, fixed any issues I had, and always understanding. When it was time to move out, they were just as easy going. They made living in my home even more enjoyable. If you are a tenant or landlord, this is a great company to work with.
