Cristy is the best realtor.
I lost my Mom and I had to sell her condo. The agent couldn't care less and did not try to get a fair price for this property. He never took a picture inside or out and the listing had an old 1970s black and white picture of the outside. He never wrote a description or showed color pics of grounds or interior/exterior. He used what was available online. Never had an open house and never had a showing of his own. Only had other agents request showings. Excellent office with great staff as well as the owner
Recently had a problem with my hot water in my apartment. Rich couldn't have acted any quicker. A professional was there that day to fix the problem. This is the same experience I have always witnessed every time someone in my complex has had any issue.
