m not sure where my original review went but if your planning on renting from these filthy animals RUN!! I asked the man brian (i believe) about bug issues before i moved in and was assured there was no issue.. after moving into my apartment i noticed roach carcasses EVERYWHERE. The apartment was full of roaches and HUGE water bugs... I was late paying rent (my fault) but a man called me and threatened to "make me homless" these people are horrible. They DO NOT FIX ANYTHING. The fact that they don't have online payments and their office is located 20-45 minutes away depending on traffic is very inconvenient and often forces late payments, because we live busy lives and are already driving 3 hours on the road everyday to then have to drive another hour round trip to their office to drop off a check. How stuck in the 20th century can any business be? They also never provided UPS or Fedex a key to the outside gate. Apartment when we moved in from out of State was infested with roaches (over 20 roaches a day) to the point that we had to stay in a hotel until they could finish treatments displacing us for 8 full days and only offering $360 in reimbursement to cover rent for those days when hotel costs are over double that. They didn't make any attempt to make the roach smell dissipate and forced us to live with that for an additional 6 days until it dissipated on its own, but contaminating all of our food and staining our clothes with th... read more

what the other reviewers wrote here is exactly whats happening to me. upstairs neighbor has a toilet leak which caused the walls and ceiling to fill with sewage. they dont give a rats ass(funny cause the place has rats too). when i demanded they fix the wall, they respond with a rent increase from $2200 to $2900. im moving out, filing a lawsuit and reporting these bastards to every regulatory agency that will listen
