I am so very impressed with the professionalism and care that was offered me by Dr. Mike. I felt safe and comfortable with his extensive work on my teeth and I am thankful to have him for my dentist. The staff are very friendly and answered all of my questions patiently.
I was satisfied with the quality of the dental care and the professionalism of the staff(Dr Harry) during my visit. However, I felt frustrated and disappointed with how the pricing was communicated. We had agreed on an estimated cost beforehand, but the final bill was significantly higher without proper explanation. This lack of transparency made me feel disrespected as a patient. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my first visit to this dental office. I was referred as an emergency patient after a traumatic accident earlier this year, and from the moment I called, Monica went above and beyond to schedule me quickly. The staff at this office, are professional, and always friendly. Dr. Helen, is such a wonderful dentist. She always has a smile and a kind word. It's not easy for me to go to the dentist, my anxiety skyrockets and my hands are clenched as soon as I sit in the chair before any procedure has even started. I like this office, because the staff from reception, the hygienists and dentist work together as a team. Each looking to make your experience as pleasant as they can.
I have a severe health problem and I have always been treated with respect. Barbara Ann, Dr Rob and Dr Mike and Brittany and the entire staff have done everything to make me comfortable. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you!☺☺
