July 2026 update: Customer service at the service department seems to have improved since Spencer is gone. Original post: I bought my truck here in April of 2024. I have since had poor luck with the service department, but continued to use them for my maintenance so all of my records are in one spot for warranty purposes. One of the recent issues was a vibration in my truck on the highway. I paid ~$155 for them to tell me it was because there was dirt in my wheels.
