She charged me for services I did not need (therapy + meds check even though I only needed Rx refill) and did not make me aware of it until I owed her $250. She's not a good therapist - does not provide any helpful tools or commentary - but I thought I was only paying for her to see me to prescribe my medication. Very frustrated with the lack of response time when I call and the shady behavior.
Let me start off by saying I have never seen her before but she has a male receptionist who treated my son with Autism and brain inflammation with awful disrespect. He was awful and rude.
