The furnace was blowing out cold air instead of hot air on 12/26/25. I called DeLeon Heating and Air and explained the problem. An hour later, Welby DeLeon showed up he was polite, and when he was done working on the furnace, hot air was coming out of the vents. Welby DeLeon is the only person who will service our furnace and air conditioner from now on.
He is very professional, honest, and communicates clearly throughout the entire process.
Amazing experience! He came to do furnace check up and was wonderful. Very polite and honest. Did a detailed look at the furnace, gave us recommendations to keep it working properly. Highly recommend.
AC broke last night, messaged him, I was given a time that he would be here today and he was.
