Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring
