Wonderful experience with the helmet remolding! Lovely, empathetic, kid friendly staff.
I love this place and the ppl there! I may not be orthotics or shoes but I did lose my arm and these guys have been my saving grace the entire time! They help me feel whole again and genuinely try to pick the best plan for me! Bjoern is awesome and looks at every detail at rebuilding my arm that I am comfortable with! These guys really care and pay attention to what individuals like me are really looking for! Horrible horrible place my grandmother got shoes from them I was shocked how rude they were to an 80 year old just trying to get walking shoes they made her wait 3 months to get the shoes was rude to her through out the whole process still doesn't even have the shoes I will be going back there in her stead to solve this issue no one should be treated this poorly. It's run by very rude unorginized people and I hope you all go somewhere else! Save yourself a major headache and stress!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
We had a great experience and would absolutely recommend DE La Torre
We are so unhappy with this place. My husband got work boots through them. It took 3 months to get them. He pick them up and tried to wear them, they were very uncomfortable. He went back and they "adjusted" them. They felt better after retrying them on. He wore them to work that night and they absolutely ripped his feet up. He's diabetic and got them for that purpose.
