The lady at the front really need to work with their customer service attitude. People come here to seek medical attention not a bad attitude from the front desk employee. Two negatives dont make a positive visitation. My mother had made an appointment, she showed up for her appointment on time and they had forgotten to add her to the calendar. I like the nurse here but the system they have sucks.. they never answer the phone and when you make an appointment is never respected.
I have an exceptional experience with this clinic. Lucy is the best. She cares about her patients and takes her time with Q&A, relating to your healthcare and also follows up. When you're unwell all it takes is one unkind or unprofessional medical staff to bring you down. My experience with Lucy has reinforced my faith in humanity and kindness. Thank you for all that you do! I highly recommend this clinic.
