had a disappointing first experience at this salon, mainly due to how I was treated upon arrival. I was running a few minutes late and immediately apologized when I walked in, as I fully understand that time is important in this industry. However, the receptionist, Jaden (red,curly hair), was noticeably rude in both tone and demeanor. I recently visited De La Mer Salon and Spa as a hair model through their education program. I worked with Mel, who was kind, professional, and transparent about being a licensed cosmetologist currently participating in the DLM Education Program. I understood this was a learning environment and that services are supervised by a master stylist, which made me feel comfortable moving forward. The salon is beautiful, the staff remembers my name and makes me feel like family. The products that they sell are top notch and my hair has been so healthy and strong ever since I have been coming here.
