My experience today was horrible. I was honestly very disappointed. I’ve been to the salon twice before and never had any issues. Both my daughter and I have been there for haircuts and blowouts, which is why I felt comfortable coming back. Today, I scheduled a consultation for 9:00 AM. Everything was handled during the consultation, but the stylist I initially spoke with didn’t have availability, so I was booked with the only stylist who was available, Eleanor, which I was completely fine with. I managed to book a last-minute appointment for a blowout. Even though Eleanor is primarily a colorist, she was able to accommodate me, and she gave me a fantastic, voluminous blowout. The salon itself was also exceptionally tidy and clean, providing a truly relaxing, high-end experience.
Really professional and so kind. The owner was very nice and Hilda is amazing!
I’ve been going here for the past year because I can’t find another place since I just moved to the local area, but I really don’t like the staff to be honest. Specifically, I always have problems with the receptionists. Every time I call, I always get somebody who has an attitude and is unpleasant with me and passive aggressive.
