I’m a retired CPA and in over 40 years of professional and personal procurement, I can’t recall a more honest, professional or simply likeable and competent sales representative than Aaron Crocker of DE Energy. If only other individuals and companies in this industry took a leaf from his book it would be a much better market for customers to deal in. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation than I would give Aaron and DE Energy
I recently had solar panels and a battery system installed by DE Energy and I’m very happy with the result.The consultation was professional and technical, and they didn’t try to push anything unsuitable. They explained the options clearly and helped me choose the right system. The installers were friendly, worked carefully, cleaned up before leaving, and showed me how to use the battery monitoring/control system. Highly recommended.
Be careful, when giving deposit. They charge 10% deposit with 10 days cooling off period. Other competitors charge just $100. If you change you mind after 10 days you may loose the entire deposit. I booked a 15kW battery for $8000 with them, but later I found out that I could get 42kW at $7500. I asked them to cancel the order but then they denied full refund. After a lot of convincing I could get $300 back. One extra star for Aaron.
