Great customer service! Love the new solar panels. Jim was very patient. He & his son did a beautiful job! Highly recommended!
Like most Solar companies - they are at the mercy of their contractors. If you get a bad contractor that may reflect on their performance and outcomes. I have had problems. Dee Energy did finally send someone out. I am not sure if the problems have been totally resolved. It is a to be continued scenario.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Installed system and used poor subcontractor. Wiring in one string is shorting the inverter. Already had to replace one inverter and had to disconnect the problem string resulting in 1 third of our system disconnected. Dee Energy would not come and fix wiring - took over 12 months of emails back and forth resulting in the loss of thousands of dollars in power generation offsets. Finally they said they would not fix system as I had become rude in my last email. So Now I have to sue them for the repa... read more
