I contacted DE Energy after having poor experiences with other local companies. Straight away, I knew they were a cut above. Aaron from DE Energy did a great job of ensuring that I received the most out of my smaller system when doing up the quote. Jim the installer was fantastic too. The whole team was quick to respond to and address any concerns I had.
Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. We had solar installed and have had ongoing issues with the system not operating as it should. After nearly a month of troubleshooting, multiple hours on the phone with technical support, and repeated attempts to explain the same issue, the problem is still not resolved. I’m a retired CPA and in over 40 years of professional and personal procurement, I can’t recall a more honest, professional or simply likeable and competent sales representative than Aaron Crocker of DE Energy. If only other individuals and companies in this industry took a leaf from his book it would be a much better market for customers to deal in. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation than I would give Aaron and DE Energy
