I had a new HVAC system installed by Duffey, and cannot say enough good things about the entire sales and installation process. From Ken who handled the bid and sales estimate, to the the installation done by Sean, Kevin and Michael, it was first class the entire way. The price was fair, and the installation was done in less than a week after starting the process. This is the second HVAC system Duffey has installed for me in the last three years (two separate systems), and I'm very happy with both installations.
There are not enough stars to say how pleased I am with DE Duffey and sons. Last year, I got estimates for a mini split installation in my home office. Stupidly, I did not go with DE Duffey. The company I went with did a sloppy job, the mini split never worked correctly and began leaking water all over my hard wood floor. We've been using DE Duffey for our oil delivery and boiler maintenance for almost 10 years. The previous owners of our house used them, they installed our 30-40 year old boiler for the previous owner.. The same guy who installed the boiler back then still works for them and would sometimes do the maintenance. A few years ago they installed a new oil tank to replace our rusty, rotting one. Our boiler broke and Duffy got us one and installed the next day to give us heat and hot water.The company where they got the boiler from was here and oversaw to make sure everything went ok. Great customer service and the guys who installed went above and beyond. So nice and polite and efficient. They even did extra work and got heat to work in a room where the baseboard heat didn't work. Installed all new thermostats too. Great company and would highly recommend. Thank you Duffey
Been using Duffey since we bought our house in 2019 (they installed the boiler prior to us owning). Been very happy with their service. Just had Steve and Dale out to replace the coil and they were great. Got everything done in a reasonable time (boiler is located in a tight space, and not easy to access the coil). Everything works great and they cleaned up after as well. 100% recommend
