Rocco was hired to Perform the Layout, Dig and Pour for My Foundation and Patio. He needed to be precise in his measurements and meticulous in workmanship, as we were building an addition to bedroom/bathroom, a walk-out to a patio with multiple levels AND a heated floor. Required flawless math calculations considering the different heights. Couldn't be happier with my interaction with him and the work performed. Trust me you don't want to deal with Rocco. He did a driveway job for me, but ended up breaking part of my fence and part of my garage. He will dodge any question you have. He also didn't clean up anything after the job.
Just recently stole $24,500 in deposits from a customer and did ZERO work before cancelling the job and pocketing the money.
Rob put a fence along my backyard and the sides of my house. The speed at which this job got done was very impressive, but the more I looked at the fence the more I realized he just rushed through it to get it done as it is extremely sloppy work and I’m beyond disappointed. The worst part is the gate which wasn’t hung square or level and needed to be taken down and redone.
Job well done.
