I have alsoacompleted the Isagenix cleansing system and I am currently on the HCG plan that they offer at the Debarros Chiropractic Clinic in Mechanicsville, Virginia. As of today I have lost a total of 32 pounds! I still have ten more days to go and hope to be at a total weight loss of 40 pounds! I have tried everything from Nutrisystem to the Atkins Diet and while I would lose weight on everything I have my "STUCK" weight number that I could never get past. I have suffered with lower back pain for over seven years and finally decided that I needed to do something about it and went to Debarros Chiropractor Clinic in Mechanicsville, Virginia back in April 2011. It was to the point that I could not walk without experiencing pain and to sit down and get up would just send a bolt of lightning up my spine. They have also worked on my knees, ankles, feet, neck and my back and my body just feels rejuvenated again. I can now walk with no pain, bend over to tend to my garden and sit down... read more

Best chiropractor I have visited. I have seen several chiropractors in the Richmond Virginia area and he is the best. The staff is fantastic and well trained. they are interested in me. dr. deBarros even sends me video's 2-3 times per week which range on topics of weight loss, chiropractic, medicine, how to stand without pain, how to lift, etc. thanks to the office, my back pain is gone.
