System installation was great. Kai was timely, personable, kept me informed when he needed to shut down my water. Everything was cleaned up, old system hauled off. Very pleased with service and new system.
We have both a whole house water softener, and a kitchen sink filter. Both have worked reliably, and we find the company and their service staff very knowledgeable and responsive to questions or concerns if/when they do arise. It has improved our very hard water in Los Altos significantly.
Service Rep Dylan just completed our filter changes. He was extremely helpful and walked me through all the steps in detail. Dylan is a wonderful representative for your company!!
