I am writing to formally address several unacceptable incidents that have occurred at my apartment. Dont do business with these people! They are terrible. I dont care what state you live in, they only care about money. You will get screwed. Lloyd is the worst. He never answers your questions. Im not sure if he doesnt understand English or what but I even bullet pointed my questions to him in an email and he still didnt respond. Terrible.
