I have always had good experiences going to De Alba's bakery, but not so last week. On Tuesday December 27, I bought some pumpkin empañadas and next day when I bit into one the calabaza was sour. All of them were spoiled.

I have gotten tamales from here for three years now on Christmas and they are delicious every time. I have compared them with others and they are truly one of the best in the valley.
I love their vanilla pudding filled pastries. I was looking forward to enjoying one this morning when I saw black and brown spots all over the inside bottom half of the shell. Needless to say, I wasn't able to eat it and now I don't think I can peace of mind to purchase again. Love their food, but this is unacceptable.
