Great family business best all around customer service!
UPS messed up on the delivery and before I knew it Leo and staff had sent out a new order that arrived promptly, fresh and not damaged! The tamales are delicious and I'm doing everything I can not to eat the entire box of cookies! At least UPS is being accountable and is picking up the damaged box tomorrow to inspect.
Bad! horrible bread, it was really hard and really expensive, more than $6 per 4 pieces of bread!? poor costumer service, never again.
Spent 6dlls in 3 pieces of bread came at this time because there's usually hot conchas.. well I waited for 25min. Because baker was on break and they said he was not going to make any after the wait. I only got what there's was left. Cashier burned business.when I asked why. So never more ...

No es la misma calidad de antes, algo cambio. Espero presten atención a calidad y variedad de producto. El servicio está bien. El lugar (Pecan) cada vez que entró se ve desorganizado. Nunca doi opinión en lugares que visitó pero esta vez creo necesario decir que deberían regresar a sus inicios...... algo falló.
