I recently made the difficult decision to go to another dental office after coming here for years because of their unethical billing practices. I had the same experience as other reviewers where they make up prices, make you pay in advance and lie to the insurance resulting in an absolute horrible experience. Oh, and they upsell you on things you don't need which had me thinking they must be getting commission on their "sales". I would never go back here. The front desk (Michelle) and billing person (Ms. Hope) make up their own "FAKE' policies, tell lies, and literally stole funds from me. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. DO YOUR RESEARCH.. Check their reviews on multiple sites. Michelle will give you the run around every time. Who manages this office? Where is the accountability?
