Top denture broke n same place 3 times. I paid $125 less than a 6 months for repair so they said it was covered but when I went in said I had to pay for repair. 2 other people walked out while I was there due to office trying to charge them for things they were told were covered also. I do not recommend going there n I am having my denture fixed someplace else. The spot that my denture keeps cracking was made so thin from the beginning I could see thru it

The care I get has been very good but the office support has been terrible. They had a wonderful woman there for years, Michelle or Marilyn, was her name. When she left it’s like the customer service went with her. I recently was fitted for a replacement mouth guard and I wanted to add a second mouth guard later. So I called several times and left messages and never got a return call. They used to have a manager named Ryan who really helped but he’s gone and it’s like a ship without a captain.
