I literally had to go up there to make an appointment. Then on appointment day, was told I didn't have an appointment. When I called to speak to the girl that made it she made every excuse and hung up on me because I got frustrated. NEVER will I go back there until she is fired!
Very unprofessional! From the extractions to completion was a disaster. Dentures still don’t fit and can’t get the office to answer the phone or call back after leaving several messages. Overcharged us by $800 and didn’t know until we had to bring it to their attention. This whole experience has been terrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND
