The staff at nice and friendly. Very good service they work with you in financing and insurance.
This was a great experience! My retainer was made on a timely matter, with great quality and I almost had no waiting time.
The dentist was fine but the x-ray tech really lacked in communication skills and mumbled answers to my questions. She had an accent so I considered cultural differences but decided that she needed customer service skills, badly.
I usually have to keep calling if they don't answer the phone. I leave a message but never get a call back. The service is very good once I get in
I really like this place. Everyone is professional and friendly.
