I was told it would take about 30-35 minutes to extract my husband teeth. It can up to an hour and half and I went to the desk to ask if everything was ok. The receptionist was very rude and no one was willing to find out for me. It was close to 2 hours before he came out and I was never updated. Also he is very hard of hearing, doesn’t understand a lot of stuff and forgetful and then did not bring me back and tell me any instructions for him at all. This is just not good business.
