First, an appointment is an agreement between two parties to begin at a mutually agreed time. One party should not have to wait 45 minutes for the other party to show up. Second, the only way I can evaluate what was done is to use my tongue to "feel". I should think the finished area to be smooth, like teeth, not rough like sandpaper. Third, when a patient is leaving with parts of their mouth swollen and numb, someone should caution them not to eat solid food for X hours because they might seriously bite the inside of their ... read more
