Be warned, they overbook appointments all day long. Everyone in waiting room after 8 am is there for issues that are NEVER fully resolved. If your base breaks due to mishandling by their staff, YOU will be charged 75.00 fee to fix it and be without it all day. If they make it wrong in beginning you are STUCK with it and just have to " adapt". I have had tons of issues and just get told I am not being patient to the process.
they are professional, curteous, caring and wonderful! they had me in by morning and a brand new smile by that afternoon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I felt my dentist was compassionate and caring to my pain while going through the extractions and I was nothing but satisfied with the level of customer service here at the arlington location. they are truly the best. ~one very satisfied customer. i thank them everyday for my beautiful smile.
KEEP LOOKING...You get what you pay for. My husband has these big teeth in his mouth that was nothing like the wax mold and now they want to charge him $150 to fix their mistakes. This place is not worth the pain I am seeing him go through.
This is my 3rd denture set in about 25 years. They offered the one day service, which was very convenient. At the end of the day there were some minor adjustments, but all in all the service, attitude, and commitment to the patient was high. I would recommend them to any friend or family. DS
I have just gotten a new replacement for the top denture and had a new one made for the bottom(had a partial before) and I must say so far its been a nightmare wasnt told that I had to pay additional 300.00 for white teeth done the same day and the bottoms have been so uncomfortable and try and get in quickly when your in pain forget it. I've spent a small fortune on my mouth in the passed 10 years and never have I run into such a qualified and professional service as DDS... They are super friendly and the most helpful in every way. I was surrounded by people who actually made you feel like they wanted to help you with you situation and get your complete satisfaction right from the start . Had a top partial plate (actually 90% denture) and it instantly fit like a glove..I have had 0 problems...I certainly recommend them.
This place has the most nices people there and very professional!!!!! I recommand them to everyone, My whole family goes there for their extractions and dentures. Thank You for the great service!!
had relines done went back several times ...fit worse than they did when I went in..was going to get dentures from them but changed my mind
