I have been looking for a new dentist. And if there's one thing I quickly found out it is that every single dentist has horror stories in the reviews. I had a very good experience. Doctor YU was very nice and I will be returning for any future work.
Beware of the “bait and switch” type tactics here. Saw the Dentist a month ago who said my teeth looked good but suggested a routine cleaning which I had to wait a month to get the appt. Went in and the hygienist took a bunch of X-rays and then suggested a $600 “Deep Cleaning” of the gums which includes numbing and scheduling out over two months. Hard NO. I told her three times that I only came in for a cleaning. She said I didn’t “qualify” How do you turn down a patient who scheduled a cleaning? Left with nothing but an Xra... read more
