My niece ordered a monogram tank top and shorts. The top was unisex and way to revealing at the arms. It was a Fruit of the Loom tank top that I could have gotten at Walmart and had her initials put on my self.That would've saved her 20.00. She spent 27.99 for a shirt she can't wear. I just talked to customer service and was offered 50 % off another shirt. I'm not wanting something for nothing but, I do think that something could've been done. I ordered 4 shirts for my teacher team. We wanted all matching school colors. I misunderstood the coloring and ordered two shirts as different colors (athletic heather maroon and maroon). I emailed DDP and they replied within 12 hours (I emailed them overnight) and helped me resolve the problem quickly and politely. We will definitely continue to order from DDP in the future.
