I've ordered three t-shirts from them and my wish list keeps growing. I made a typo when typing in one of my initials and one of my t-shirts came with the wrong initial. The lady I spoke with was very nice. Even though the typo was my mistake, she offered to sell me a replacement at half price. Excellent customer service! Awesome products! Your one stop shop for anything monogrammed! Love them!
