Doesn't deserve even a 1 star. Office staff, especially the office manager is rude and unprofessional. She is out to take as much of your deposit with untrue accusations. Make sure you have documentation and pictures for proof. Be prepared to make multiple calls to get anything done or get an answer or help. Apartment was filthy upon move in. Windows don't work right, screens missing, smell of weed is horrible, things are just painted over so it chips right back off, mold on carpet, spiders/bugs in apartment, dogs are allowe... read more
Most of the positive reviews are fake. I have never met anyone in my apartment complex that has positive comments about these people.
I rented from this company a few years ago. Upon move-in I found cigarette buts on the floor by the windows, an obvious sign it had not even been attempted to have been cleaned prior to my move-in. I moved in towards the end of Fall and within the first month of residency I had been informed by a neighbor that bedbugs had recently been an issue in the building.
