PCA's don't speak English, come and go as they please, no call, no shows. Unable to communicate so they play on their phones or cut shifts short. This is Maria, she came an hour late with my non English speaking PCA, Lizet. I didn't know she was coming, neither did the owner. She was supposed to learn my routine, she doesn't speak English either.
