I had a very disappointing experience here. The nail technician was rude and passive aggressive from the moment I sat down. Instead of making me feel comfortable, she made the whole appointment unpleasant with her attitude. On top of that, the service felt rushed and unprofessional. For the price I paid, I expected basic courtesy and respect, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I left feeling unwelcome and unsatisfied. Didn’t appreciate when my bf and I asking the employees about prices and they deliberately ignored us, we both asked two employees and clearly they heard, understood and ignored what we asked…. We were trying to bless the business by getting a service but having this rude experience don’t think my coin isn’t worth spending here….
Always such a beautiful and welcoming experience! The employees are always very nice, kind, and smiling. They truly take care of your nail care issues if any and the prices are worth it. Usually available without an appointment. Just keep in mind weekends are there busiest so you might have some wait time. SO worth it though. Thank you friends, see you again soon!
