Love this dental practice! Everyone is friendly & kind; also very responsive on the rare occasions when I had some dental concerns.

I've been contemplating making this review, partially because I believe a lot of this incident was not the work of the head dentist here, but of the receptionist and another dentist that works here, but I feel the need to. To sum it up short: Make sure that you are aware of what insurance they are billing if you have a primary and secondary insurance on file with them. I do not recommend this dentist. I specifically asked when I made my appointment if they accepted Delta Dental PPO and was told yes. I was told during my appointment that I needed an extra cleaning that I agreed to and paid out of pocket for. Then they cleaned my upper teeth and then told me I needed to come back in 3 months to get the bottoms done. For a cleaning, they charged my insurance over $1000.
