Wanted to replace a very old through-the wall AC/Heating unit but had a difficult time finding a replacement unit due to dimensions. Reached out to Home Depot and received a few referrals for this project and decided to hire DC&P. Douglas came to replace my unit on 10/6/23 and was able to have it set up in a few hours, despite having some hiccups. I’ve had to use DC&P Enterprise a few times this past month and everything has been excellent so far. They have helped a lot with installing my new appliances while getting my kitchen remodeled. I especially appreciate Douglas being able to help when I was in a pinch twice and needed same day services. Would recommend to anyone.

DC&P sealed my concrete roof with elastomeric paint October 2019. This year October 2020 my roof began to leak and I notified Douglas three times and he has not yet come to check my roof to inspect the issue. Very disappointed in his lack of service, care and professionalism. My next notification will be with BBB
