First time here. Great urgent care! The two women at the receptionist desk are great!! Everyone I dealt with was great. I was in and out quickly. Very affordable care. Thanks again to everyone.
Fabulous staff—Morgan Rhoades (NP), Shakerra, and Chrissy at the front desk. Friendly, caring, and professional, they all deserve respect and appreciation!
They’re always friendly but so slow. Not to mention the rooms always have the nastiest floors.
So thankful for DCOL Express Care and Morgan R. who provided prompt, thorough care when my regular DCOL doctor was unavailable. And all the records tied in together so everyone stays on the same page since it is all DCOL. That means a lot to me. After hours are great and Morgan was a timely God send to me.
I went in with stomach pain complaints. As busy as they were they treated me as though I was the only person there. I had very little wait time for anything. I had an exam, X-ray, and lab work done. I was in and out in what seemed no time at all. Everyone was considerate, friendly and professional. I am glad I went. They followed up to check with me to see how I was doing.
