So thankful for DCOL Express Care and Morgan R. who provided prompt, thorough care when my regular DCOL doctor was unavailable. And all the records tied in together so everyone stays on the same page since it is all DCOL. That means a lot to me. After hours are great and Morgan was a timely God send to me.
I went in with stomach pain complaints. As busy as they were they treated me as though I was the only person there. I had very little wait time for anything. I had an exam, X-ray, and lab work done. I was in and out in what seemed no time at all. Everyone was considerate, friendly and professional. I am glad I went. They followed up to check with me to see how I was doing.
Morgan Rhoades was a delight! We got quick excellent service!
Just called to ask about insurance and they told me I have to pay 70% up front then they'll bill me. That's messed up.
3 minute wait with immediate results. I felt like they heard and cared about me. Thank you Victoria, Kam, and the rest of the staff at DC Express Care!
