I’ve been a participant in a clinical study with the DCOL research team for over a year, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. In the end, I didn't get the desired result and ended with a bad experience with the Clinic and/or the Pharmaceutical Company. You risk your health for research and in the end you get nothing. All I ended up was with a bad experience.
Professional staff...great service
We are in Gilmer at the draw station. Unorganized, slow with a not very nice lady drawing blood. She stated, not nicely, she had no order for my husband. It had been faxed twice to this office. She yells for the next person's name from back in the lab. With a mask on her, it is difficult to hear names and know who she is calling. She also has a strong accent that makes it harder to understand. My husband just walked up to ask who she is calling. Mostly elderly people waiting and we cannot hear anyway. Rude and unfriendly.
