Poor customer service
They had sold my family member a pair of earrings (pretty small) for $750. (Hoops to be exact). The FOLLOWING DAY I called the store for an exchange or refund. Of’course they declined. I think $750 for small hoops it’s literally insane, I truly believe they took advantage. Price tags are never visible on the items. I have been to other jewelry stores and the jewelry always displays the price. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Quality over quantity! Great people and even better prices. Authentic and beautiful Vanclef bracelets with paperwork included.
Fraudulent charges on my card from here. Never even been here and many states away. Beware.
