Tustin Acura has the best service! Good morning! Just wanted share with you how wonderful my experience was this morning (7/19) with your Service Department. With no appointment, I stopped in and was greeted by Larry who was very nice, very professional. I explained that one of my tires was losing air and asked if someone could just take a look at it. Steve W. Been coming here since I bought my 2003 Acura 3.2 CL Type S. The quality of service is top shelf and though I live in Dana Point it is always well worth it to travel the extra miles. Tustin Acura is the best! My husband and I bought our TL from Miguel Jimenez, Sales Manager, two days ago. This was an astonishingly relaxed and satisfying experience. We are in our seventies and have bought many cars. Normally we look forward to the inevitably harrowing encounter with the sales manager as we might look forward to a root canal. DCH Tustin Acura Review Just bought an Acura RDX from this dealer, greate price, and a pleasant purchase experience. The sales person Wolos Safi was very knowlegable about the car's features and functions and spend a good deal of time explaining and teaching the features and functions of the technology package (navigation, radio, climate)which is overwhelming for a new owner.

Great Customer Experience!!! Purchased a used Honda Accord from here and received fanatical service and support. I drove up from San Diego, but before I did the team at Tustin Acura had already worked to give me some estimated numbers and a trade in value. Excellent service manager and great dealship I have been dealing with the Service Dept. at Tustin Acura for 3 years now, specifically the service manager, Eric Li Fo Sjoe. Eric has always been extremely professional and delivers excellent service. My last visit was in July 2010 and as always it was great. They are honest at the service dept and they do not try to overcharge or do unnecessary work. I always go back. Great manager and a great team. Raf, M.
