I’ve been getting my car serviced — including oil changes and other maintenance — at the Subaru dealership in Thousand Oaks more than once, and I’m very satisfied every time. I would give them lower than a 1 star if I could. They have bait and switch tactics, Push to upsell customers things they do not want, take advantage of those who do not know cars, charge for items that are not required, change prices from their quotes, and charge for things that were not needed or requested. Wife was called for a special for oil change, I told her to go and get only the oil change. She was pushed and told the 40,000-mile service needed to be done.
