My wife got her car here and her tires popped after as soon as it drove off the lot. She tried asking the manager for help and he rudely said it was her fault and they aren’t going to fix the tires. Do not go here if you want to be treated with respect. Worst place to buy a car. Worst customer service. Will not be returning here

I posted a review on yelp about this dealership a couple of years ago as many others did about the lack of service this it provides However.....John at the Parts department is amazing. Now, there ! is a man who knows what customer service is all about I needed a small part, I thought i would pass by and see if they have it. They didnt, but he ordered it for me. It came when he said it would, instead of me waiting for service to come ( it's a 2 minute job) he just did it! What a concept. Being Proactive instead of Reactive...... read more
