Horrendous communication, I booked an appointment for a service issue. I left my vehicle on Wednesday morning at 8 am, it wa snot assigned a technician until Friday afternoon. The new manager has too many people booked and the turn around time is at minimum 48 hours I was told. Rude customer service. Overcharging for oil changes. My lifeline is my vehicle and there concern or regard for it getting returned as fast as possible to me was Zero.

BEWARE!!!! I REPEAT BEWARE!!!! Dont Go to This Dealership!! my name is *****************************, I have 2022 Dodge Challenger. My car was overheating so I took it to the Dodge dealership. *****! Was Super Rude.I Honestly Dont know how he is still working there..I told him my vehicle should be under warranty and I should be covered.. he said he will see what he can figure out. 2nd vehicle brought to service for recall and more. Service here beyond horrible. 1st service recall water pump. Service performed 4 days time and fluids shorted by over 2 quarts had to fill self. 2nd vehicle same recall 3 days same fluids left shorted. This same vehicle brought in with 700 miles left on warranty for svc 4x4 and engine light preventing smog cert. Explained situation to service writer. This review is regarding the recall work performed on my vehicle and the aftermath. I received a Powertrain software module update from Chrysler to take my van into the nearest dealership. I chose this dealership and looked at the Yelp reviews to see if there is any red flags. I should've followed my gut feelings and yelp reviews regarding recalls done by this dealership. This whole experience has ruined the excitement of getting a new car. First of all the car sales man who sold me the car was great. Very helpful and genuine. The financial department on the other hand really needs to get it together. My husband and I have went in and had to resign paperwork due to their mistakes not once, not twice, but SIX times! I brought my Wrangler into DCH b.c my check engine light had turned on. I had a appointment at 7am to check my car in. it took until 8:07am for someone to finally just approach my Jeep and ask me why I'm coming in. Explained my situation with my check engine light going on.
