I went to this dealership with the intent of downsizing from my current Lexus ES to a smaller Corolla Hatchback. Started off well with the sales guy Jesus and he took me for a test ride. All good, then he presented me with a sticker shock - $34500 for a bare bones Toyota Corolla. He asked for my budget and said maybe 26K and the manager comes around saying we can have a deal for 29.5K. An absolute, rip off, they are thriving on gullible customers, please stay away. I'll never recommend
I order a part online from DCH Brunswick but did not realize the delivery price was a third of the part I was ordering so I sent and email to the one provided on the confirmation to cancel the order within the hour from placing the order, but I was not contacted back. Call the number on the email and still no answer. Left a message and order details and never got back. Call the number on the DCH website and left a message and still no call back. Seems like they tried to push the order and ignore all my intents to cancel it. ... read more
