I have had the misfortune of having to deal with this company since feb 2020 when I bought a condo. They have repeatedly ignored simple requests for weeks on end, sometime requiring a board complaint to get action. They are currently ignoring their legal responsibilities to provide AGM minutes within 60 days and meeting minutes on request. My opinion is that they are a very low-quality company who cannot or will not provide acceptable customer service. Do yourself a favor and look harder for a mgmt. company. I have been renting from DCCI for the past two years and have only positive experiences with the company. If you are looking for a reliable and respectable company to rent from, THIS IS IT! We were living in an older home that had a few breaks during our 2 year long stay, but after an email has been filled they literally have a crew contact you the same day to find out when they can come in to fix the issue.
