Over twenty years ago, we asked several landscape designers for a total redesign of our Georgetown garden. DCA was the most understanding and helpful, in large part because they listened to us and proposed to do what we wanted in broad terms rather than following their own particular style. They set a time to come out and give a ". They did not arrive at expected time period did not answer phone when I called. Showed up 2 and a 1/2 hours later. They set a date to come and do the work after they gave the" . They never called they never showed up
