Acabo de tener una desagradable experiencia con uds.. un trato ofensivo y agresivo por parte de la persona que me atendió.. esa persona necesita aprender como se debe tratar a los clientes y lograr resolver los inconvenientes cualquiera que sea, sin llegar a ofender .. la verdad que fue una pésima experiencia.. ojalá mejoren..
