I live in the Phoenix area and have an investment property in the historic district near the UofA. I solicited estimates on a re-roofing job from three licensed contractors with high ratings in Tucson. DC Roofing LLC was the most price competitive, and they did an excellent quality job. David and his crew were professional and attentive as well as spot on schedule from quoting to completion and clean up. Their 5-year labor warranty was unmatched. DC Roofing gave me an estimate which was 1/3 higher than other roofers I had consulted. He realized that due to a failed roof I had a flood in my office, so he took advantage and charged me more. They did complete the roof in a timely manner, but the stated 30 year warranty was never produced despite repeated requests for proof of said warranty. I am selling the property and his refusal to supply a copy of the warranty will impact the sale price I can ask. HE IS DISHONEST AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY HE CHARGE. IF I COULD GIVE DC... read more
