Took an out of town guest who wanted steak here on a whim, and I'm sure glad I did! This might have been the best steak I've ever eaten! Everything here was excellent! But the best thing of all was the service from our server, Isabella! She walked us through the whole menu, answered all questions. Excellent steaks! A friend recommended and I was thinking "yeah sure, but it's just a steak place, no big deal" -- to the contrary, this really is an excellent steak! Any place that will let you order blue, even if you don't, is a good sign.
Great place but somewhat disappointing for the price of dinner. $118 plus $20 tip for a strip steak, mashed potatoes and one cocktail. I’ve honestly had a better steak dinner for 1/2 the price at other nearby places.
For 40 years, I have known every food and beverage entity that has come and gone from Washington DC to Loudoun County and let’s include all the way to The Inn at Little Washington. To understand what it takes to create an experience like DC Prime I think you almost would have to had to work with amazingly successful people in the industry or had enough money to really get around and educate yourself to understand the magnitude of excellence that they deliver.
