took my car in for a oil change in November they told me I needed a new filter so I went ahead and paid for the filter change to... after that oil change and filter change I seen that there was a hose that looks like it was cut and disconnected... also now my car has problems starting and is making a strange noise I'll never go back there.
I brought my car in not knowing what was wrong with it, the friendly staff although they were busy, they were not going to give up till they figured it out. They did. Great Staff, great teamwork, just all in all a great place to bring your car! Thank you so much for everything you guys did!

Thieves. I used to work for them and they would screw up and blame it on the customer or not tell them at all. They also lie about stuff not working or being broken to make more money. The general dishonesty of DC precision lube is atrocious and offensive. I would never advise anyone to bring their vehicles there, given their lack of attention to detail, greed and dishonest practices.
My kids wrote "Fix Me Please" in the dust on the windows of my van a couple weeks before I took it into Precision Lube and Tune to get the brakes fixed and we'll today I picked my van up and my husband followed me home and noticed the back window no longer said "Fix Me Please" someone from Precision changed the words to "Fixed". We absolutely love coming in here for all of our auto needs the people have great sense of humors and we leave with a great experience each and every time. Looking forward to the next visit.
