Excellent team. Extremely professional.
Recently I made an appointment with DC Precision Dentistry for a routine cleaning. I gave them my health care coverage info and was told to come in for the appointment. When I arrived, the man at the front desk checked my insurance card and said they were no longer in my health provider network. He offered no apology for his office providing me with bad information and wasting a portion of my morning. Before I could even finish a sentence, he cut me off and said goodbye.
